I Got A Guy is based right here in Loveland, Ohio. For more than two decades we've been installing replacement windows and patio doors in homes across Loveland, Mason, Maineville, Madeira, West Chester, and the surrounding Greater Cincinnati area. Older homes with original aluminum or single-pane windows, '90s vinyl that's at the end of its life, and newer homes where one or two units have failed. We've seen all of it.
The biggest mistake we see homeowners make with windows isn't the brand they pick. It's hiring a crew that rushes the install. A great window installed poorly leaks air, fogs up, or drops out of square in two years. A mid-grade window installed properly will outlast it. We focus on the install.
Most of what we do is replacing existing windows with new units. We work with all common residential styles:
We install in vinyl, fiberglass, wood-clad, and composite frames depending on what fits the home and budget. Standard double-pane Low-E glass is the baseline; triple-pane and argon-filled options are available for homes where energy efficiency or sound dampening matter more.
Not every window needs replacement. We also handle:
We also handle patio door replacement, including standard sliding glass doors and French-style swinging patio doors. A failed or leaky patio door is one of the biggest air-leak sources in a typical Cincinnati home, and replacing it pays back in comfort and energy bills.
If you're considering replacing windows mainly for energy efficiency, here's the honest version: replacement windows are rarely the cheapest way to cut your energy bill. Air-sealing your attic, adding insulation, and improving your HVAC are usually faster paybacks. But windows do matter, especially if your existing units are single-pane, drafty, or aluminum-framed (which conducts heat like crazy). We'll be straight with you about what changes you'll actually notice.
We're local. Our office is in Loveland on E Kemper, not a national window dealer dispatching sales reps.
20+ years in the same business. Windows often come with long manufacturer warranties. It helps if the installer is still around when you need to make a claim.
Local experience. We've worked across Loveland, Symmes Township, Sycamore Township, Hamilton County, and Warren County for years and know the area well.
Honest estimates. We tell you up front whether replacement or repair makes sense for each opening.
One point of contact. You'll work with the same team from estimate through final inspection.
FAQs
All the common residential styles: double-hung, casement, sliding, picture, bay, bow, awning, and garden windows. We work with vinyl, fiberglass, and wood-clad frames from major manufacturers, with double or triple-pane Low-E glass options. We can walk through what fits your home and budget during the estimate.
Both. If you have a broken pane, a failed seal, damaged sash, or hardware that won't latch, repair is usually a fraction of the cost of replacement. We'll evaluate the window and tell you whether repair makes sense or if it's time for replacement.
On install day, each window typically takes under an hour. Where things vary is the lead time for the windows themselves. Stock vinyl windows can come in within a couple of weeks; custom-sized or wood-clad windows can take longer. We'll give you a real estimate before you commit.
Yes. We're happy to share details during your in-home estimate.
Window cost is driven mostly by frame material, glass package, size, and how many you're doing at once. Vinyl is the budget option, wood-clad is at the high end. We'll measure each opening, talk through what you want, and give you a written estimate before any work starts.
